Tuition for Day College is due according to the following schedule:
FALL SEMESTER: due July 15th.
SPRING SEMESTER: due December 1st.
SUMMER (all sessions): due May 1st. 
Statements are mailed out as a courtesy at the beginning of each month via U.S. mail and to the student address on file. Even if you do not receive a statement, the tuition is still due based on the due dates listed above.

STUDENT ACCOUNT INFORMATION
EXPLANATION OF BASIC TUITION AND FEES
Marymount College reserves the right to change tuition and other fees at any time. Payment for the Fall semester is due no later than July 15th each year. Payment for the Spring semester is due no later than December 1st each year, or the day you register, whichever is later. Late registration does not change the payment due dates. All monies due are to be paid in U.S. dollars, and checks are to be drawn on or through a U.S. bank. All charges must be paid in full for completed terms before the student is permitted to register, receive their diploma, or receive official and/or unofficial transcripts.
Commitment Deposit
New students are asked to submit a deposit of $200 by the date specified in the letter of acceptance. The deposit will be credited toward tuition. A full refund of the deposit will be made only upon receipt of a written request postmarked on or before May 1st. Any deposits made after this date will not be refunded. No refunds are issued for Spring term commitment deposits.
Student Association Fee
This fee is required of all students, which helps to offset a small portion of the operating costs from the various student services, which are provided by the College. Fee is non-refundable.
Technology Fee
This fee is charged every semester and allows for the College's continual maintenance and advancement in technology to meet students' needs.
Sustainability Fee
This fee is to support student-led sustainability projects.  
Student Injury/Sickness Insurance Fee
All students enrolled in the College are required to have health insurance. Marymount College provides a student injury and sickness insurance plan. Health insurance charges are automatically put on your account. Domestic students may either purchase the insurance or waive the insurance. International students must purchase the College’s insurance plan. If you choose to waive the College’s insurance plan, proof of comparable health insurance (copy of your current card) must be provided to the Office of Business Services along with the health insurance waiver form. Outside insurance must be valid in the greater Los Angeles area. This information must be submitted by July 15th or you will automatically be enrolled in the College’s health insurance plan and the fee cannot be reversed.
Orientation Fee
This is required of all new students. Costs cover participation in Convocation and placement testing, and other orientation-related activities. Non-refundable.
Graduation Fee
This fee is required of all students who apply for graduation and/or for their degree. Non-refundable.
PAYING TUITION

Marymount College offers the following methods for paying your tuition and fees:

1. Payment in Full – Pay in full prior to registration (students who pre-select courses will be billed prior to due date). For the Fall semester, payment is due no later than July 15th each year, or the day you register for classes, whichever is later. Payment for the Spring semester is due no later than December 1st each year, or the day you register, whichever is later. Payment for the Summer sessions tuition and housing is due in full one week prior to the start of class. Late registration does not change the payment due dates. 
2. Fall Semester-Four (4) Part Payment Plan (Domestic Students only) – This plan allows you to take the fall 2012 semester’s charges and divide them into 4 equal payments. The first payment is due July 15th along with a $40 enrollment fee. The final 3 payments will be due on the 15th of each month (August - October). All payments are due directly to Tuition Management Systems (TMS). Online enrollment for the plan is available by going to www.afford.com/marymountpv
3. Spring Semester-Four (4) Part Payment Plan (Domestic Students only) – This plan allows you to take the spring 2013 semester’s charges and divide them into 4 equal payments. Payments can be in the form of check, cash, cashier’s check, money order, credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover), or wire transfer. All monies due are to be paid in U.S. dollars, and checks are to be drawn on or through a U.S. bank.
INFORMATION AND POLICIES
GENERAL INFORMATION
The Student Accounts Coordinator manages all aspects of student accounts through the Office of Business Services. We process all tuition payments, distribute tuition bills, and assist with all other support services related to a student’s account. We are happy to help you with any questions you may have. Tuition is due prior to the start of each term. If there is additional activity posted to a student’s account or if there is an outstanding balance, statements are mailed out (via US mail) during the first week of each month. All statement balances are due upon receipt. Although we make every effort to send out statements regularly, mailing problems do occur. Whether a statement is received or not, the tuition and fees are due according to the due dates.
REFUNDS
Students who withdraw from the College may be eligible for a partial refund of tuition and room and board.
DELINQUENT STUDENT ACCOUNTS
Failure to pay the student account balance will result in one or more of the following:
·Pre-registered classes will be subject to cancellation.
·A tuition hold will be placed on the account, preventing transcripts from being issued.
·Grade information will be restricted.
·Meal plans and computer use will be restricted.
·Future registration will be restricted.
·Housing privileges could be withheld.
