Weekday students are required to show satisfactory proof of accident and medical insurance.

Any weekday student involved in an accident or other emergency on campus should immediately notify the Director of the Student Health Center or the Student Development Services Office. If hospitalization or emergency treatment is needed on campus, it is the policy of the College to call the local paramedic service. All bills incurred for health-related reasons are the sole responsibility of the student.

Insurance claim forms may be obtained in the Student Health Center. It is the student's responsibility to complete these forms and send them to the insurance company.

All students are required to file with the Health Center an official physical examination form signed by a licensed medical doctor. All immunization information must be up to date. A health history and medical information form must also be completed. Failure to provide these records will prohibit students from registering for classes.

All part-time students are required to file with the Health Center an official immunization and medical information form. These forms must be complete and updated before attending classes.
