Marymount Scholarships

Scholarships

Marymount  College is pleased to offer a variety of scholarships based on your academic ability and special talents. Criteria differ for each program, as outlined below, but SAT and/or ACT scores are not required for scholarship qualification. Students who are receiving an Athletic Scholarship are ineligible to receive additional institutional funding.  This policy applies to both domestic and international students.

First-year Student Academic Merit Scholarships

Application Deadline: May 1

Marymount College is excited to announce our academic merit scholarship opportunities for first-year, first-time college Freshmen. We realize that students work hard in high school—balancing homework, activities and family responsibilities—and we are proud to acknowledge their accomplishments.

Students who have submitted a complete application, inclusive of an official high school transcript, to the College on or before May 1, 2012 will have their admission application reviewed for scholarship eligibility based on their Marymount-calculated, cumulative academic grade point average*. The single highest scholarship for which a student is qualified will be awarded upon admission to the college.

These merit scholarships are reserved for students entering college for the first time, beginning in Fall 2012. Transfer or returning students will be considered for separate transfer scholarships (see "Transfer Scholarships" section below).
