Marymount College Residence Housing PV North

San Pedro Residential Campus - PVN

It won’t take long for San Pedro Residential Campus - PVN to feel like your “home away from home.” That’s because instead of a typical college residence hall room, you get to live in a newly renovated, fully furnished, two-story townhouse, complete with a kitchen, living room, patio and garage.

With approximately 400 students living around a central quad, you’ll find that there’s always something going on. A lot of it will be happening at the Fritz B. and Gladys Guadalupe Burns Pavilion, which has an outdoor meeting area complete with a fireplace for those balmy Southern California evenings, barbecues, volleyball and basketball courts, and table games. You’ll gather here with your fellow residents for all kinds of events, including comedy and coffeehouse nights, games nights, dances, volleyball and basketball tournaments, “Sundae Sundays,” and “Tie-Dye Days.”
