If you are experiencing problems with your computer or need assistance with a software program, please create a help desk ticket by choosing an option below. This is the best way to ensure you receive timely support.
The nature of what we do requires that we are away from our desks for long periods of time throughout the day. If you call one of the IT staff directly to report a problem, this may delay your work order.
