Congratulations on your student's acceptance to Marymount! This is an exciting time for you and your family. We know you probably have several questions and are eager to learn more about your student's new college. We invite you to come learn and participate in our fall Orientation.

New Student Orientation will help students, parents and families gain a better understanding of what to expect during college, as well as introduce students and their families to the Marymount College community. Special sessions will be available to parents while students are registering and attending mandatory academic & social events.  Parents are not required to attend Orientation, but we hope you will join us!

SPRING 2012 PARENT ORIENTATION SCHEDULE

Friday, January 6

• Orientation and Convocation, 12pm - 4pm

  • There will be sessions for you to attend while your student attends his/her own. Parent sessions will include:

    • Orientation Welcome Luncheon
    • Start Smart for Parents
    • Parent Information Panel
    • Convocation

Plan to arrive to campus on Friday by 11:30am to allow ample time for parking and Orientation check in. 

Orientation will conclude by 4pm to allow time for families to say goodbye in a private setting.  We ask that parents leave by Saturday morning so that students may attend their events on Saturday and have time to adjust to their new surroundings before classes begin on Monday.
