The Premier Private 2-Year College

Academic Merit Scholarships
Admission Application Deadline: May 1

Marymount College is excited to announce our new academic merit scholarship opportunities. We realize that students work hard in high school--balancing homework, activities and family responsibilities--and we are proud to acknowledge your accomplishments. Students who have submitted a complete application, inclusive of an official high school transcript and an SAT or ACT score report (if scores are not already reported on the transcript), to the College on or before May 1, 2008, will have their admission application reviewed for scholarship eligibility based on their grade point average and SAT or ACT scores.

These merit scholarships are reserved for students entering college for the first time. Unfortunately, transfer students are not eligible. Academic merit scholarships may be renewed for one additional, consecutive year. In determining eligibility for these scholarships, Marymount College uses a weighted academic grade point average. This grade point average may be higher or lower than the grade point average indicated on a student’s high school transcript.
