Payment Remittance Form

This form contains detailed information about submitting payments via wire transfer or credit card.

Confidential Statement of Financial Support (CSF)

International applicants (those who are, or will be, in the United States on a non-immigrant visa) must submit documented evidence of financial support. The U.S. government requires that all international applicants provide proof of ability to pay tuition and living expenses for themselves and their dependents (if applicable) before a formal letter of admission and an I-20 or DS-2019 Eligibility Certificate can be issued.

This document, stating your ability to pay for the first academic year (nine-twelve months) of tuition and expenses, must be verified by a bank and dated within the last nine months.

F-1 Student Transfer Form

International applicants currently studying at a U.S. institution, and who intend to enroll at Marymount College must print the F-1 Student Transfer Form and have it completed by the Designated School Official (DSO)  at your current institution.
