Each semester the honors classes will work together to stage a Symposium. The purposes of each Symposium is to:
1) Provide an opportunity for Honor students to engage significant intellectual themes with academic rigor
2) By so doing, to add to the intellectual life of the campus
3) Provide an opportunity for students to interact with each other as critical thinkers.
The theme and presentation style will differ with each semester depending on the topic and the combination of classes. But at each Symposium all members of the College Community will be invited to participate in a lively intellectual exchange.
