Through the outstanding leadership of our Board of Trustees and the Marymount College management team, we have witnessed tremendous growth in our programs – from athletics to academics and fundraising to service learning and campus expansion.  The amazing progress of our College is all attributable to one thing – excellence in leadership. Our mission and values – the tenants that guide our leaders -- are shaped by our Catholic heritage and traditions.

With the upcoming addition of master’s degrees programs, we are able to offer one more avenue for students seeking to further their education. The opportunity for current undergraduates to receive a master’s degree in Community Psychology or in Leadership and Community Development through a five-year pathway program is one way Marymount students have an advantage when seeking careers after graduation. These new master’s programs also are attractive to the transfer or graduate student who wishes to further their professional aspirations.

In addition, the College is serving students at three locations – Rancho Palos Verdes, San Pedro and Lake County – which provides opportunities for study, internships and service learning in both urban and rural settings. And with an expanded international study program, our students are able to experience new cultures abroad while enrolled at Marymount. This offers students additional preparation to assume future leadership positions in our communities and the world.
